About the role
A business analyst in Capco's Cyber Security practice, working on Privileged Access Management transformation programs for financial services and energy clients. The role is hybrid, based in Dallas.
The analyst runs workshops to map current and future PAM processes, writes business requirements, functional specs and user stories, supports application onboarding and solution design with security and infrastructure teams, coordinates user acceptance testing and helps clients adopt the new capabilities. Capco wants two or more years as a business analyst, ideally on cybersecurity or identity programs, experience with PAM initiatives, Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. CyberArk knowledge and familiarity with vaulting, session management and just-in-time access are pluses.
