The sponsor or partner may use that information for its own business and marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before providing personal information to a sponsor or partner.

Invisible tracking pixels that are requested when images in an email are loaded.

Depending on the technology and the recipient’s email application, these tools may collect or generate information concerning the date and time of an interaction, the email and link involved, Internet Protocol address, approximate location, device type, browser or email application, operating system, and subscriber or contact identifier.

We use this information to measure communication performance, understand which content is useful to subscribers, improve our publications, administer subscriptions, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain the security and integrity of our communications.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential email analytics, we will request that consent before using those analytics.

Email-open information may be incomplete or inaccurate because email applications, privacy features, security scanners, image blocking, and automated systems can prevent or trigger tracking activity.

Where required by law, we recognize qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Older “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently, and our websites may not respond to them.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
