Cloud Security Engineer Mid

Secures a federal agency's on-premise, hybrid and cloud systems as a mid-level cloud security engineer on Accenture Federal Services' Cyber Mission team. The engineer designs, deploys and maintains secure baselines and configurations, reviews architecture designs, keeps SOPs, diagrams and control documentation current, runs log aggregation and continuous monitoring, tracks cloud spending and recommends savings, handles access requests, change impact and root cause analysis, supports audits and reports incidents under federal rules.

The team wants five years in systems, network or software engineering with a cybersecurity focus, US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance; AWS security and architecture certifications are preferred. Based in Leesburg, VA.
