Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role
Handles day-to-day security engineering and operations across Accela's endpoints, identities, cloud platforms and business systems, working with IT, engineering, DevOps, IAM and compliance teams and passing the hardest problems to senior engineers. The engineer maintains endpoint baselines, EDR, disk encryption and MDM on Windows, macOS and Linux, administers SSO, MFA and conditional access, triages SIEM and EDR alerts, runs first-stage investigations, drives vulnerability remediation, performs access reviews and supports SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 controls, scripting fixes in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Accela wants three or more years in enterprise IT, endpoint, IAM or security operations work; Security+ or similar certifications help. Remote in the US.
