Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Engineer

About the role
Builds security into how AEG develops and ships software, working with development, operations and security teams. The engineer performs secure code reviews and coaches developers on secure coding, helps secure infrastructure and deployments with DevOps, reviews CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CodePipeline and Jenkins, scans container images and build artefacts with tools such as Orca, Sysdig and Codacy, and helps run the security programme through risk assessments, treatment plans, policies, controls, reporting, audits, incident response and disaster recovery testing.
AEG wants a bachelor's degree, two to five years in DevSecOps or security engineering, experience leading a security team or vendor implementation, cloud and CI/CD experience, one programming language, and knowledge of OWASP, NIST and ISO 27001. Based in Los Angeles.
