DevSecOps Engineer Mid

Works on software assurance for the way a federal agency builds and ships code, as a DevSecOps engineer on Accenture Federal Services' Cyber Mission team, working with developers, security engineers and compliance staff in Scrum teams. The engineer helps build security gates into CI/CD, runs SAST and DAST and coordinates fixes for the findings, writes code against security tool APIs to automate compliance and posture checks, spots gaps in the agency's security baseline and recommends controls such as encryption and access management, tests security features for resilience, and documents the pipeline's security architecture.

The team wants US citizenship, a degree plus three years (or five without) in systems, network or software work with a security focus, and secure SDLC experience; Security+ is recommended. Based in Leesburg, VA.
