Director, Product Management - Secret Server/Vault

Leads product for Delinea's Secret Server and Vault line, the privileged access products that store, rotate and control privileged credentials. The director reports to the Senior Director of Product, manages a team of product managers, and works remotely in the US with up to a quarter of the time on the road.

The role owns strategy, roadmap and delivery for storing and rotating secrets, recording and controlling privileged sessions, and discovering privileged accounts, and is bringing these capabilities onto Delinea's new cloud-native SaaS platform. That includes making sure vault architecture meets enterprise high-availability and disaster recovery needs, studying competitors to decide where to invest, and setting pricing and positioning for SaaS delivery. The director coaches the PM team on agile practice and well-written user stories, works with engineering and design to keep ease of use central, builds relationships with strategic customers to spot future opportunities, and explains the product line to internal teams, analysts and partners, including support for marketing and sales enablement material.

Delinea wants five or more years of product management with a record of B2B launches and of leading PM teams, strong SaaS delivery knowledge, real cybersecurity understanding, and hands-on knowledge of credential vaulting, secrets management or adjacent security infrastructure. Knowing how SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP and HIPAA bear on credential storage is expected, and IT systems knowledge is a plus.
