Head of AI Product Management - AI Trust

Builds and leads product management for DigiCert's AI Trust portfolio, including AI Trust Manager, which extends the company's digital identity and cryptographic trust business to AI agents and models. The product lets organisations find their AI assets, give them verifiable identities, govern their access by policy, monitor what they do and withdraw their authority when needed. The role is based in Sunnyvale, California.

The head owns vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for the portfolio and is expected to define a new market category as well as a product. That means forming firm views on how identity, authorisation, provenance, attestation and cryptographic trust must change for agents, working directly with design partners and early customers to learn their AI architectures and buying criteria, and moving quickly from hypothesis and prototype to a repeatable offering. The role partners with engineering and architecture on technical trade-offs, works with sales, marketing, business development and finance on pricing, packaging and go-to-market, pursues partnerships with model providers, agent platforms and security vendors, and recruits and develops a product team as the business grows.

DigiCert wants someone who has taken technically complex products from zero to one and ideally scaled them, with product leadership in AI, security, identity, cloud or developer platforms. Fluency in LLMs, agent frameworks and MCP, and in PKI, workload identity, authorisation and zero trust, matters, along with commercial judgement and experience building product teams.
