Head of Identity & Access Management

Owns identity at Applied Intuition from end to end, from the identity provider architecture through PAM and secrets management to governing what AI agents can reach. Despite the Head title, the posting describes a senior individual contributor who sets direction, builds the systems and serves as the company's main identity expert.

The work spans an IAM strategy and roadmap, a move toward Zero Trust, lifecycle automation that goes past joiner-mover-leaver, role-based and least-privilege access for people and machines, centralised secrets, a PAM design for admin accounts, and SSO built on SAML, OIDC and OAuth 2.0. The company wants 8 to 12 or more years in identity or security engineering, cloud architecture experience, and hands-on work with secrets platforms and non-human identity. On-site in Sunnyvale.
