Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer III

A senior IAM engineer and the technical authority for identity architecture at Allegiant Air, designing and running enterprise identity services across on-premise and cloud environments. The engineer owns hybrid identity architecture across Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS and GCP, designs joiner-mover-leaver and access governance processes, onboards applications to SSO, MFA and IGA platforms, enforces RBAC and least privilege, runs PAM for privileged and service accounts and secrets, supports identity incidents and audits, mentors junior engineers and helps plan the IAM roadmap.

Allegiant wants a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or computer science, an IAM or security certification and seven or more years of related experience, ideally with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk or similar platforms. The role is on-site in Las Vegas, without visa sponsorship.
