Incident Response Manager - Privacy

Senior technical program manager who owns privacy incident management at Anthropic, handling incidents that involve personal data covered by GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and customer commitments. The role runs the engineering side of the program: detection workflows, escalation, communication standards and remediation tracking, plus incident commander duty and rotations. It works with Privacy Legal on breach and notification assessments and with the Privacy Program team on executive reporting, analyses incident trends and root causes to drive lasting fixes across engineering, security and product, leads post-mortems, maintains runbooks, works with detection engineering on faster detection, and tracks KPIs.

The posting asks for experience leading or building incident response programs at a tech company, a record of turning incident data into systemic change, and comfort with off-hours on-call. Seven or more years and knowledge of breach-notification rules are preferred.
