Information Security Analyst III

Senior analyst on Allegiant's cybersecurity operations team who runs, tunes and improves the airline's security tooling. The work spans detection and response across endpoints, identity, applications and cloud: handling escalated alerts, maintaining EDR detections and SIEM correlation rules, building automation playbooks, turning threat intelligence into hunts and blocks, prioritising vulnerability fixes with system owners, running SAST and DAST scanning, and tuning the web application firewall.

The posting asks for six or more years in information security, two of them leading projects or a team, and a certification such as CISSP, CISM or OSCP. SOC or incident response background, detection-as-code, cloud security and PCI DSS experience are preferred. The role is on site in Las Vegas or Minneapolis.
