IT Security Engineer, Space

Owns classified IT infrastructure for Anduril's Space team in Chantilly, from hardened operating systems and compliance scans through virtualization and core enterprise services. The engineer keeps Windows and RHEL systems on approved hardened baselines, applies and validates STIGs across Windows, Linux and VMware with SCAP and SCC, implements fixes for findings from ISSO-led scans, runs vSphere, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and patching, and automates configuration with scripts and Ansible. The role also maintains backups, moves environments into steady-state operation after ATO, and supports the ISSM during assessments.

Anduril wants experience hardening Windows Server and RHEL in classified settings, vSphere administration and scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python. An active Secret clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required.
