Product Manager, Cybersecurity

Product Manager who leads Anthropic's cybersecurity product, including its first-party security product, Claude Security, and the vulnerability discovery and remediation capabilities in Claude Code. The role sets the security product portfolio strategy and owns its results, decides what to build versus partner on, ships products, and speaks for Anthropic on security to CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments and press. It also works with research on the security tasks where the model still struggles, with safeguards and policy on who gets model access for cyber work, and with engineering, sales, legal and comms.

Anthropic wants real time spent in security, as a builder of security products, a security team leader or a practitioner in AppSec, detection and response or offensive work, plus a record of building products from scratch to paying customers. Twelve or more years shipping products is preferred.
