Security Compliance Operations Specialist

Provides day-to-day security compliance guidance for identity and access management programmes from the Policy & Control Operations group of an information security organisation, within Accenture Federal Services' IT Security practice. The specialist trains teams on compliance methods, improves compliance operations processes, oversees reviews of exceptions to policies and standards, leads control reviews of new processes, prepares audit reports, runs audit kickoff and closing meetings, helps the manager with the annual Sarbanes-Oxley certification and advises the business on control issues, while coaching any direct reports.

The team wants a relevant degree, or ten years of equivalent experience, plus ServiceNow experience and familiarity with SOX, NIST and CMMC; PAM, SSO and MFA knowledge and certifications such as CISA or CRISC help. Based in Arlington, VA.
