About the role
Senior hands-on Security Engineer in Anthropic's Corporate Security team, which protects staff laptops and phones, identities, collaboration tools and the company data moving through them, treating the work as engineering with controls as code. The engineer drives endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux and ChromeOS, extends device-trust and zero-trust access, automates joiner, mover and leaver flows and exception handling, leads SaaS and identity governance including OAuth grants, delegated admin and browser extensions, and partners with security, IT and engineering on telemetry and detections, including how to run AI agents securely.
The role needs hands-on endpoint security engineering such as MDM profiles or application allowlisting, Python and scripting for integrations, working depth in IAM, SaaS security and zero trust, and sound threat-modelling judgment.
