Security Engineer (Purple Team)

About the role
An offensive-minded product security engineer on Applied Intuition's Vehicle OS team, testing the vehicle software platform, self-driving systems and the over-the-air and remote command backends, then recommending defences.
The engineer audits platform code, builds benches for automotive penetration testing, leads security verification and validation, fixes vulnerabilities directly where sensible, and helps design secure connected-vehicle architecture in line with ISO 21434 and UN R155. The bar is two or more years in software or product security engineering, with embedded penetration testing, Linux or QNX internals, C, C++ or Python, hardware security such as secure boot and key management, and fuzzing. CAN and automotive Ethernet experience helps.
