Security Engineer - Senior

A senior security engineer on Accenture Federal Services' Cyber Mission team who secures applications, cloud platforms, networks and infrastructure for a defence or intelligence customer, including air-gapped, cross-domain and hybrid environments. The engineer leads incident response, vulnerability management, threat detection and resilience work, designs security controls on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, runs SIEM and alerting, writes policies and documentation, mentors colleagues, and also builds applications and AI capabilities, including multi-model orchestration and vector and graph data architectures.

The team wants US citizenship with a Top Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, eight or more years of security engineering, and development skills in TypeScript, React, Python and FastAPI. Based in Chantilly, VA.
