Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Senior cybersecurity engineer on ENSCO's MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test team, supporting the Space Force's Space Systems Command. The role leads systems engineering for modernising PKMA cryptographic key management and integrating it into ESS, and is on-site in El Segundo, California.

The engineer writes and reviews requirements, statements of work, interface documents and acquisition packages, evaluates contractor inputs, builds roadmaps and risk assessments, aligns key management needs among the stakeholders for the space, payload, terminal and ground segments, supports COMSEC and TRANSEC test and certification planning, and works with NSA and mission partners through design reviews. ENSCO wants seven or more years of systems engineering on DoD, intelligence or national security space programmes and experience with cryptographic systems, key management, COMSEC or TRANSEC. An active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.
