Senior Director - Cloud Security

Leads 3Cloud's Cloud Security practice, a consulting business that sells enterprise clients Azure security and identity work alongside cloud foundations, networking, platform engineering and resilience services. The role reports to the leader of 3Cloud's CTI (Cloud Technology Insights) group and combines practice leadership with senior client advisory work.

The senior director sets the practice's growth strategy and builds pipeline with 3Cloud sales, Microsoft and Cognizant teams, holding executive conversations with CIOs, CISOs and infrastructure leaders about cloud security strategy. On the offering side, the role develops repeatable services, methods and reference architectures, leads complex solutioning from discovery to pricing, and turns Microsoft roadmap changes into new services. Delivery oversight covers high-risk engagements and the standards for architecture governance, security, compliance and operational readiness. The director also hires and develops a team of architects, consultants and engineers, shapes its structure and career paths, balances onshore and offshore capacity, and answers for the practice's bookings, revenue, margin and utilisation along with its annual operating plan.

3Cloud wants 15 or more years across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity or consulting, at least eight in progressively senior leadership, with a record of building a cloud security or platform practice and of selling consulting work. Deep Azure knowledge across security, identity, networking and governance is expected; experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem and with Entra, Defender, Sentinel and Purview is preferred. Travel can reach 50 percent, and visa sponsorship is not available.
