Senior IT Security Engineer, Space

Senior engineer who designs and builds classified infrastructure for Anduril's Space team from nothing, setting the architecture, standards and processes the group will rely on as it grows. The engineer stands up servers, VMware virtualization, networking and enterprise services such as Active Directory, DNS and patching, defines STIG compliance across Windows, RHEL and VMware, automates with Ansible and infrastructure as code, sets up monitoring and incident response, leads remediation of CAT I to III findings with the ISSO and ISSM, designs backup and disaster recovery, and takes environments through ATO with full documentation.

Anduril wants seven or more years hardening Windows Server and RHEL in classified or regulated settings, a record of building environments rather than inheriting them, deep SCAP/SCC and vSphere knowledge, and strong scripting. Secret clearance eligibility is required. Based in Costa Mesa.
