Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management - Miami

Runs Atlas Air's identity and access management program from Miami, leading a small team of staff and third-party resources that covers IAM architecture, engineering, administration and governance. The program applies to the company's own assets and to vendors and other outside parties, and the team provides round-the-clock coverage across several geographies.

The senior manager is accountable for every phase of IAM: provisioning, single sign-on, directory services, certificates, multi-factor authentication, privileged accounts, automation and behavioural analytics. The job involves setting a strategy for scalable access controls measured by clear KPIs, directing technical teams to implement solutions that match access policy, overseeing periodic access certification, and keeping configuration documentation and written procedures current. The manager also works with internal and external auditors on compliance and privacy controls, serves as a main contact for disaster recovery and business continuity, and handles hiring, coaching, reviews and succession planning.

Atlas Air wants seven to ten or more years in cybersecurity or IT, at least five in IAM, with real depth in designing and delivering identity technology across large mixed networks. Solid knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory, PKI and privileged accounts is required, along with people management experience. SOX, AWS or Azure, NIST and privacy law familiarity are preferred, and CISSP, CISM or GIAC certification and clearance eligibility are welcome but optional.
