Senior OT Security Analyst

Senior analyst on Dragos's OT Watch Complete team, a frontline unit that monitors customer operational technology networks for signs of adversary activity. The role is remote in the US and helps lead shift operations.

The analyst guides others through triage of Dragos Platform alerts and network telemetry, acts as shift lead when needed, investigates anomalies and possible malicious behaviour, escalates well-documented findings to hunters and incident responders, helps tune detections, and supports asset classification, vulnerability management and hardening advice for customers. Dragos wants three to five years in network security with hands-on threat investigation, solid TCP/IP and packet analysis skills, and IDS, SIEM or traffic analysis experience. The schedule starts as weekday hours with on-call weekends, later moving to four ten-hour shifts that include a weekend day.
