About the role
Senior Product Manager who owns identity and access management as a platform service across Extreme Platform ONE, the company's cloud networking platform, serving both human operators and autonomous agents. The PM reports to the VP of Product Management; the listing names San Jose, Salem (New Hampshire) and Raleigh and is marked remote.
The PM sets identity architecture, governance rules and roadmap, designs an agent identity model with scoped capabilities, token lifecycle, graduated trust and escalation to humans, owns provisioning, audit trails, API scoping and multi-tenant isolation, defines identity SLAs, and handles PSIRT escalations for identity issues. Extreme wants seven or more years of product management in enterprise SaaS, networking, security or platforms, deep OAuth, SAML, OIDC, RBAC and ABAC knowledge, experience with Okta, CyberArk or Entra, and an understanding of agentic systems.
