Senior Product Manager, Identity & Authentication

A senior product manager on Airwallex's Identity & User Security team, which owns onboarding decisions, identity verification, user authentication, account recovery, roles and permissions and customer notifications. The PM sets strategy and roadmap for how the platform verifies users, grants access and protects accounts, balancing conversion with account security, fraud prevention and compliance, and shapes access and account recovery features that hold up for every kind of customer, market and regulator, alongside engineering, risk, compliance, security and data science.

Airwallex wants six or more years owning complex B2B platform products, with technical fluency and a record in regulated fintech, banking or security settings; IAM, authN/authZ and fraud experience are preferred. Based in San Francisco or Singapore.
