About the role
A senior product manager on Airwallex's Identity and User Security team, starting with authorisation (roles, permissions and approvals) and the customer and security notifications that thousands of businesses depend on. The PM sets the vision and roadmap for identity, authorisation and notifications, designs access journeys that stay simple while guarding against fraud, abuse and account takeover, delivers platform APIs and services that both users and AI agents can consume safely, and owns global notification strategy, including channel choice, cost and abuse such as SMS pumping.
Airwallex wants six or more years of product management on platform, infrastructure or B2B products, strong technical fluency, and experience in regulated or risk-heavy settings; IAM, authN/authZ, fraud or notification-system experience is preferred. Based in San Francisco or Singapore.
