About the role
Owns Admin Workflows within 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM), taking an API-first approach to the tools administrators use to run and oversee large deployments. The roadmap spans admin capabilities, dashboards and reporting, notifications, account recovery and user confirmation, and agentic features built on MCP, with dependencies on many partner teams. The PM works with engineering, design, marketing and go-to-market teams and helps train sales, support and customer success on new releases.
The team wants five or more years of B2B or enterprise product management, experience building for IT and admin users, real depth in API product design and management, and a strong cybersecurity background. Remote in the US or Canada.
