Senior Security Engineer - Enterprise AI

Senior security engineer on Faire's Enterprise Security team who owns the AI platforms the company runs on and builds the guardrails that let AI adoption grow without adding exposure. Based in San Francisco.

The engineer administers platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Portkey and Fireworks, controls model availability and spend, sets MCP standards and builds in-demand internal MCPs, manages agent identity and audit logging, builds prompt injection detection and blast-radius limits for agents, sets up sandboxed experimentation for engineers, assesses new AI tools against the security bar, and builds usage and spend observability. Faire wants five or more years in security, platform, infrastructure or IT engineering, experience governing business-critical platforms, solid coding in a language like Python or Go, and SIEM or observability pipeline experience.
