Senior Software Security Engineer

Senior Software Security Engineer on Anthropic's Security Engineering team, which designs authentication for training infrastructure, the cryptographic protections around model weights and data, and the developer security program. The engineer focuses on one of identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure security or secure frameworks while contributing to the others: building credential issuance, rotation and workload authentication, cluster controls such as RBAC and pod security, cloud IAM, segmentation and encryption, secure libraries for service authentication, hardened CI/CD with signed attestations, and posture management with automated fixes.

Anthropic wants five or more years building security-relevant systems in production, strong Python, Go or Rust, cloud security control experience and end-to-end ownership of problems.
