Senior/Staff Engineer, Cloud & Infrastructure Security

A senior or staff engineer who builds and matures cloud and infrastructure security at Grow Therapy, a platform serving therapy providers and patients. The engineer designs the security foundations of a growing AWS and Kubernetes estate, works with infrastructure, engineering and compliance to improve posture, sets KPIs for the cloud security program, handles incidents on call, and builds AI agents that take on detection, alert triage, vulnerability management and response work.

Grow wants six or more years in cloud security, deep AWS and Kubernetes security knowledge, comfort with infrastructure as code, and real experience shipping production AI agents for security. The role is fully remote or hybrid three days a week from New York, San Francisco or Seattle, with two or three trips a year.
