Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security

Sets strategy and roadmap for 1Password's Device Security capabilities, which let organisations decide and govern access using device health alongside identity, for people, machines and AI agents. The role reports to the Director, Product Management – Device Security. The PM shapes where Device Security fits within 1Password Unified Access, runs prioritisation on weekly to quarterly cycles against an 18 to 24 month vision, writes PRDs and PR/FAQs, sets metrics tied to customer outcomes and ARR, meets CISOs and IT leaders, and prototypes ideas with AI developer tools.

The team wants eight or more years of product management including security, IAM, endpoint or access-control products in B2B SaaS; MDM, EDR or zero-trust experience is a plus. Remote in the US or Canada.
