Senior systems security engineer at Anduril who builds security into how its defense products are designed and integrated with other internal and external systems. The posting is explicit that this is engineering, not an ISSO or ISSM job. The engineer owns security end to end for assigned products: deriving requirements from customer needs and threat intelligence, designing architectures, implementing and testing security features at several integration levels, supporting milestones from SRR to PRR, briefing government customers and program leaders, and working with assessment teams to uncover weaknesses.

Anduril wants eight or more years of experience, a record of leading a team through hard security engineering problems, embedded and FPGA security features such as secure boot and key management, and defense or complex embedded systems work. An active Secret clearance with SAP eligibility is required, plus the ability to obtain Top Secret. Based in Costa Mesa.
