Sr. Technical Program Manager

A senior technical program manager on Cloudflare's Security Technical Program Management team, acting as the dedicated TPM for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance group and initially leading the Department of Defense Impact Level 4 (IL4) initiative. The role is based in Austin or Washington, DC.

The TPM owns the integrated IL4 roadmap, milestones and dependencies, runs governance forums, decision and risk logs and executive reporting, keeps stakeholders aligned, and uses automation and AI agents to take over the routine administrative load. Cloudflare wants eight or more years of technical program management, experience running security programs in fast-moving technical settings, working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP and DoD SRGs, strong executive communication, and hands-on use of AI tools with careful human review.
