Staff Corporate Security Engineer

A staff-level corporate security engineer on Airwallex's Information Security team, protecting enterprise systems and employees from malware, phishing and unauthorised access. The engineer leads deep incident investigations and forensics, hunts for threats across log sources, designs detection alerts and response workflows, creates and evaluates new corporate security controls, deploys and tunes security tooling, and hardens identity providers, endpoints and corporate networks.

Airwallex wants seven or more years in security engineering or incident response at a tech company, strong CrowdStrike or Splunk skills, deep knowledge of attacker techniques, endpoint security experience with MDM tools such as Kandji or Intune, and ideally Okta, Google Workspace and scripting. Based in San Francisco, with Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore also possible.
