Staff Product Manager - AI Detection & Discovery

Owns Detection at OneTrust, the discovery layer of its AI governance products that finds AI models, LLM applications, agents and embedded AI features wherever an enterprise runs them, including unsanctioned shadow AI, and turns them into an inventory that can be governed.

The Staff Product Manager sets strategy and the coverage roadmap across detection surfaces, defines what counts as a discovered AI asset, holds the product to measurable precision, recall and coverage targets, and leads distributed engineering and detection research teams. OneTrust wants eight or more years of product management, including shipping detection or inventory products in fields such as security, CSPM, SSPM or CASB, plus working fluency with cloud AI services and frameworks like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
