Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager

Leads enterprise readiness and platform modernisation for SaaS Manager, 1Password's product for finding and governing the applications employees use. The role reports to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager. The PM owns a multi-quarter roadmap covering data ingestion and near-real-time processing, integrations, reliability and observability, admin experiences and responsible AI features, runs discovery with customers and internal partners, works through architecture options with engineering and design, and defines how reliability and adoption are measured.

The team wants eight or more years of B2B SaaS product management, technical fluency in APIs, integrations and data pipelines, and experience with SaaS or license management, IAM or security products, including SSO, SCIM, OAuth and audit-log integrations. Remote in the US or Canada.
