Staff Product Security Engineer

Principal-level product security engineer in Delinea's Cybersecurity organisation, helping shape the strategy and roadmap of the company's product security programme. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Security and is fully remote in the US.

The engineer runs end-to-end security architecture reviews and threat models for Delinea products, using AI to widen coverage, advises on secure design, helps mature the secure SDLC, sets baseline standards for cloud, container, application and infrastructure security and builds them into CI/CD, automates routine work, handles or escalates incidents, supports audits and customer security questions, and mentors the team. Delinea wants twelve years in cybersecurity, seven or more in product security, with depth in cloud security, cryptography, multi-tenant SaaS, containers and AppSec testing tools. Candidates must not need visa sponsorship.
