Technical Program Manager - Security

Keeps Palantir's security engineering programs on track as a Technical Program Manager in Washington, DC, working with security engineers, infrastructure, product and legal teams to deliver security work across the development lifecycle. The role maps strategy to team-level tasks, filters requests from the field, monitors remediation timelines and detection coverage, coordinates incidents from ownership through post-incident review, documents and improves security processes, and supports customer-facing teams rolling out security features and certifications.

The team wants experience managing complex security or software programs, willingness to learn and discuss detection, vulnerability management, incident response and cloud security, and calm judgement under pressure. Eligibility for a US clearance is preferred, and candidates must live within commuting distance of the office.
