Technical Program Manager, Security

Technical Program Manager for Security at Anthropic, running high-stakes programs that cross security engineering, infrastructure, research, compliance and product so the company meets the security commitments in its Responsible Scaling Policy. The TPM owns RSP security readiness from interpreting requirements through implementation, coordinates multi-team rollouts such as endpoint hardening and egress reduction, makes trade-offs between security, research speed and feasibility, sets up charters and metrics for new security areas, manages the security side of infrastructure partnerships, and reports to leadership on milestones and risks.

Anthropic wants experience running cross-functional technical programs that need systems-level knowledge, real interest in cybersecurity or compliance, SQL-based program reporting, use of LLMs to automate work, and the ability to influence without authority.
