Threat Detection Analyst III

A senior threat detection analyst on CLEAR's SOC team, responsible for running difficult investigations and raising the quality of the company's detection and response. The role is on-site in New York.

Day to day the analyst works security events from first look to remediation across corporate, endpoint, data centre and cloud environments, writes and refines detection logic in the SIEM and EDR to cut false positives and close gaps, checks coverage against MITRE ATT&CK, uses threat intelligence, automation and AI-assisted tools, refines SOC procedures and coaches other analysts, with after-hours on-call duty. CLEAR is looking for eight or more years in security, at least five in SOC, detection or incident response work, strong SIEM and EDR experience and scripting skills; GCIH, GCIA or OSCP help.
