About the role
A vulnerability assessment analyst in Accenture Federal Services' Cyber Resilience and Defense practice who configures and runs vulnerability scans, reads threat intelligence and vendor advisories, and briefs leadership on risk and vulnerability status. Working alongside ISSEs and ISSOs, the analyst supports information assurance and risk management, helps produce the system body of evidence, uploads STIG checklists and updates POA&Ms in eMASS, and contributes to RMF artefacts such as the SSP, SCTM and risk assessment report.
The team wants two years of vulnerability detection, scanning and security documentation work with hands-on RMF experience, at least a basic DoD 8140 certification (advanced preferred), and an active TS/SCI clearance. Based in Columbia, MD.
